If your Twitter account is hacked or you cannot log in to your account:
- Request a password reset
Make a request to reset your password through the password reset form. Enter your username and email address and check for the reset email sent to the email address associated with your Twitter account.
If you can log in after resetting the password, you may check whether your account has been compromised and re-secure your account. - Contact Support if you still require assistance
If you cannot log in even after resetting the password, contact Twitter by submitting a Support request. Choose “Hacked account” from the list of options.
Make sure to provide the email address associated with the hacked account. Then Twitter will send additional information and instructions to that email address. Enter your username and the last date you accessed the account.
Find more information about what you can do if you’ve lost access to the email account associated with your Twitter account.
