He had no clue of this letter. However, it was just a small amount to be paid to get a US$ 500 worthy parcel. So he just moved on but no such a parcel was received by 02nd May 2018.
Precaution tips: Do not just bin your letters which include your personal information (name, address, phone numbers, bank account details, etc…). Destroy unnecessary letters properly: either shred them before binning or burn them.
